Said Mass is a simple, 30 minute celebration which is quiet, reflective, without hymns: a calm oasis in the midst of the chaos of your daily life, each Mass features a short (5 minute) homily or talk. Wednesdays is perfect for those who work, or whose Sundays are busy; whilst Fridays is good for those with young children or the retired.

Parish Mass is the main celebration of our community. It features the choir, the organ, occasionally incense and occasionally a music group. The homily is only a little longer, at 10 minutes and the whole thing lasts just over an hour.

After each Mass (and especially Sunday at 10am) there is the opportunity for decent fresh Coffee and a chance to mix and chat.

 

Morning and Evening Prayer according to the Breviary (Roman Office of Prayer) is said daily. Call Fr. Simon on 07976 802123 to check the timings. Both Mother Margaret and Father Simon welcome you to join them in the recitation of the Office.

Each Second Monday of the Month there is a Mass offered for the Shrine of Our Lady of Walsingham, which on occasion includes the ministry of healing: annointing and laying on of hands.

A prayer group meets on the last Monday of each month

The Mother's Union meet on the first Monday.
