Of course, you can't simply implement something as important as this without getting lots of permissions and consultation. Be very clear:  this is a  proposal and is not set in stone, however in the interests of absolute transparency, I am putting this on the website. The process requires both council planning permission and DAC approval and must be right for this community both socially and architecturally.
